16oz green tea - 1 tsp honey
Lunch:
cheese & crackers
bai5 cococnut drink
Dinner:
fried rice

Breakfast:
16oz black tea - 2 tsp sugar
cinnamon bagel & cream cheese
16oz water
Lunch:
granola bar
banana
cheese stick
mama chia - chia squeeze
1 bottle water
Dinner:
Chipotle burrito bowl - brown rice, lettuce, black beans, sour cream, cheese (no salsa or meat)
1 cup tea
1 apple dumpling
2 mini snickers
1 kitkat

1 cup of Frankenberry Cereal - plain with no milk
16oz black tea with 2 teaspoons of sugar
Lunch:
1 Banana
1/2 cup of popcorn with sea salt
1/3 cup of kale chips
1 granola bar
1 Mamma Chia strawberry banana chia squeeze
6 small ginger snap cookies
1 Bai 5 Panama Peach drink
Dinner:
#4 combo with chips from Jimmy John's
1 cup apple juice (mot's for tots)
1 cup milk
2 mini snickers
1 kitkat
